Program Name: Carl's Dumpsters Alerts
Program Description: Carl's Dumpsters Alerts is an SMS messaging program operated by Carl's Dumpsters & Garbage Service. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to garbage pickup schedules, dumpster rental updates, delivery and pickup notifications, service reminders, schedule changes, account alerts, and other service-related communications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on service activity and account status.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just text START and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
